  There seems to be an eye! It's just not a very strong one. It's near the center, also near the center of the band.

  Anakira, that is probably not an #eye, but just a small clearing in the low clouds. Typically you will only see eyes along with very well developed banding and inward spirals. You definitely see banding here though, like jaqueja said, and I would categorize this as a #curved-band storm.
