Is this a storm?

  So I have been marking this image and similar as "no storm" although, it just so happens to be called storm nancy? Are these images of storms?

  That is the correct assignation here (that or post-tropical). It is over NZ so can't maintain a warm core to be a tropical system. This is right at the end of the storm lifetime.
