  Part of the Philippines is covering up where an eye "might" be. #Eye or #Embedded? I looked this storm up, and it was SS Cat 4 at its peak.

  I'd probably tend #embedded but I can see an arguement for going #eye too.

  Either strong embedded center or eye storm would be a good selection for this image.
