I don't think so,it could be a #shear-storm here. I tend to #embedded-center, but really noticeable is the long '#warm-coloured tail.

The cold clouds all concentrated in the SE suggest a #shear-storm. The blue circle are likely new towering clouds.

It is possible the other system just off screen to the west is causing the wind shear over the storm in question.

Ok. I agree with your #shear argument with the concentration of clouds in SE. If I follow possible wind directions,the SW affects the other.
