Interesting case. I would say yes, judging by he mature nature of the storm (very cold clouds, spiral structure). What did you say?

I agree with cch001, that is a interesting case. I try to find a possible solution with the determination of wind-routes and storm-center.

We can see in the picture below, that we have a circular movement of the wind of the storm, which could stand for an #eye-storm.

If a storm could have a #deformed-eye, we can answer the first question of storm-type with 'Yes', this could be a #eye-storm.
