  I'd say curved band, although looking at Trudy, it eventually becomes a very clear eye storm...

  It had a clearly defined eye in previous images and again when it re-strengthens, I would still go with curved banding in the meantime.

  This was a fascinating storm. I went with #curved-band here, but it did form a vivid eye soon after this
