Agree this is an #eye-storm. Note the warmer cloud temperatures in the center of the eye, surrounded by colder (blue) clouds.

Actually #eye or #curved-band would work. This is a #banded-eye-feature... the top of the curve band scale when the wrap encircles.

IMHO this is a weak hurricane/cat1 stage... (Dvorak T4), kinda classic.

I think you are right. You could do a large wrapped #curved-band or #eye classification and probably get a minimal hurricane
