  hot spot is there , predicting an eye formation has seen in storm page. So, I've classed it as a strong #embedded

  Hi bretarn ,I would tend to go eye although small the eye has a warm wall but I do not see too much wrong with Embedded either

  I too would call this an #eye (#pinhole-eye at that). It is very small but distinct and the storm structure is very good.
