  I think I made a mistake in classification here, missed the eye for some reason.

  I don't think there is an eye, because there is no delineated eye wall as in other eye storms. There's just really heavy rain in the center.

  I dont see an eye myself though,it looks more like and embedded center.Normally eyes have warm clouds in the center and this has super cold.

  This appears to be a classic #embedded-center with a very strong #banding feature. Heinikien is right about eyes
