  Very interesting image and case bretarn. A dominant feature could be the #circle, which stands for the storm-center.

  Also I can see an anti-clockwise rotation around the storm-center,so I am not sure,if the circle could stand for an #eye,if that's possible.

  an #eye was, too,my second choice, but even storm page was not really helpful.

  In this case I believe this is an #eye-storm, since the storm structure is very good. It is a very unique case though and hard to classify
