  I'm calling this one a #curved-band because it's got a pretty good rainbow/eyebrow shape going on.

  Either #no-storm or #curved-band would make sense here. Maybe even #shear-storm. Whatever it is, it's pretty weak.

  This is a really tough center to peg. I would probably put it just to the SE of the darkest blue, right on the edge of the red.
