  It could be two centers in this storm,main one being for me the western one.

  No eye here - the white dot is an island! This looks like an #embedded-center with a strong banding feature.

  I agree with cch001. If I follow the possible wind-routes of the pic,I get to the storm-form. in center. #embedded-center could be right...
