  ACC0002m5v at 400% magnification this has an orange spot and yellow around it .I called it an eye . Is that correct?

  It certainly looks like it could be a very small pinhole #eye . I would have gone for #eye personally also

  Yes, I agree too, because of the anticlockwise-wind-rotation and the clear round dark blue eye-wall.
