  Its a quotation mark. Was there one spinning in the other hemisphere the other way to close the quote? I'd go embedded second weakest.

  I'd be tempted to go stronger #embedded-center on this one. Very cold clouds probably masking good spiral structure near the core

  Very nice picture with a very great and low temperated area. Also I would tend to an #embedded storm.
