Dissipating over land - rapidly. Good video -- reforms, partially, over the plains.
The eye looks like it almost developed (not firm/round) at sea; Russ reversed course for land, starting the breakup phase
Appears to have an eye, lose the eye, regain an eye. This image is after the first blink.
Compact cold region, not stretching into the bands. This appears to be jut as the eye has closed. Interesting sequence of images.
